The Federal Reserve has lowered the target interest-rate dramatically in the last six months, to 3% from 5.25% in August, with more cuts anticipated — some believe as much as another full percentage point. All this seems to have done is highlight that the liquidity that’s out there isn’t being welcomed – and in some cases, it’s causing other problems to crop up.
